    On verification of our records it is seem that the details sought by you are not compiled in the format specified in the application. Date of export, though may not be fully available, are recorded in registers only and such pages run hundreds of pages for a year. So we have collected month wise details. Furnishing the details in the format specified by you involves lot of additional work which disproprotionately divert the resorces of the office and so cannot be considered.

  Therefore, if you are interested to get the reply in the manner it is compiled now, please remit an amount of Rs. 6/- (Rupees six only) (@Rs. 2/- for pages) by demand draft, bankers cheque or Indian Postal Order in favour of Deputy Director (P&PR), Rubber Board, Kottayam or directly in cash at any office of the Rubber Board. Money Order is not accepted.
